Shipping Availability  

• Deliveries are carried out across all eligible and serviceable pin codes within India.  
• International shipping is not provided at this time.  

Order Handling  

• Orders are generally prepared and processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.  
• Once processing is complete, a confirmation email with full order details will be sent to your registered email address.  

Estimated Delivery Time  

Standard shipments are usually delivered within 3–8 business days, subject to your location and the courier’s serviceability.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

A delivery may not be successful due to:  

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address  
• Recipient not available at the delivery location  
• Package being refused at the time of delivery  

What Happens Next:   
If delivery fails for any of the reasons listed above, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You may reach out to our support team to request a re-shipment of your order.  

Lost or Damaged Shipments  

• Damaged Deliveries: If your parcel arrives damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.  
• Lost Shipments: If a shipment is lost during transit, we will either issue a replacement or process a refund once the courier confirms the loss.
