  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must accompany the returned product.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery through our customer support team.
  • Returns that fail to meet these criteria may be rejected.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Submit Your Request: Email your return request with your Order ID and reason for return to tidemarksystem@gmail.com.
  • Provide Proof: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, include clear photographs to help us process your return quickly.
  • Follow Instructions: Once approved, detailed instructions will be shared to complete the return process.

Note: Returns not complying with the above requirements may be declined at our discretion.
